Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Processing Wholesale Title Work
  • Processing Dealer Trade Title Work
  • Processing Retail Title Work
  • Processing Out of State and Exports
  • Tag Transfers

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must have Automotive Dealership Title Clerk Experience
  • Some knowledge of automotive accounting (i.e. refund, write off, funding, F&I Notes)
  • Knowledge of some DMV Software - such as CVR, DLRdmv, Reynolds & Reynolds, or TitleTec

V.P. of Sales

Vice President of Sales Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a go to market strategy sales and marketing for each state that DSN operates within.
  • Recruit and train individual sales associates.
  • Drive common usage of performance and reporting dashboards and establish a process and cadence for regular reporting on sales performance and forecast.
  • Performance management of sales associates.
  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales results.
  • Develop and manage the annual selling expense budget.
  • Implement and manage appropriate sales enablement tools and programs.
  • Establish and maintain key 3rd party relationships including but not limited to industry consultants, state and local automotive dealer associations, and other partner sales organizations.

Ideal Vice President of Sales Experience & Skills:

  • History of building, scaling, and directly managing, and coaching high-performing, results -oriented sales teams.
  • History of recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, and enabling teams to deliver through coaching and development.
  • Experience optimizing a process for regular reporting on sales performance, funnel conversion, and forecasted growth.
  • Experience establishing and managing sales quotas and sales compensation programs.
  • Effective communicator with a direct communication style and the ability to articulate a clear vision and value proposition to customers, partners, and team.
  • Strong executive presence and proven ability to partner with executive leadership team and be a trusted driving force within the business.
  • Experience working in a retail automobile dealer and knowledge of the automotive title ecosystem is a plus.
  • High energy, driven, and confident with the ability to establish instant credibility and rapport with stake holders, customers, and leadership team.
